Drill Jig
PETG — bolt-pattern locating jig for repeatable hole placement on aluminum extrusion. Eliminates layout time on production runs.
Welding Fixture
ASA — heat-resistant fixturing for holding tube assemblies at precise angles during tack welding. Survives shop heat and spatter.
Mounting Bracket
PETG — conveyor sensor bracket replacing a discontinued OEM part. Identical geometry, printed from caliper measurements in under 2 hours.
Electronics Enclosure
ASA — weatherproof enclosure for an outdoor sensor installation. Snap-fit lid, conduit knockouts, UV-stable gray finish.
Functional Prototype
PLA — first-article prototype for fit and function verification before committing to CNC. Turned around in 18 hours from file submission.
Replacement Part
PETG — direct replacement for a worn guide wheel on packaging equipment. OEM part discontinued; machine back on-line within 24 hours of the original request.
